Authenticity of goods
Our service takes care of checking the authenticity, quality and conformity of the goods to the declared characteristics. Each item is pre-tested by professional experts. We strictly adhere to all the principles of authentication, carefully checking each part of the product for compliance with the material, hardware parts, brand engraving and serial numbers.
The user agreement provides for a fine of $ 50 (for the Hermes brand - $ 100) for an attempt to pass off a fake for an original product and blocking an account (the fine means that the seller pays for the expertise).
To authenticate bags, we use the innovative ENTRUPY device - a microscope with artificial intelligence algorithms, which provides a digital certificate of authenticity. We do not base authentication on the results of the ENTRUPY device, but only on our personal experience gained over the years in the field of selling branded bags. ENTRUPY currently works with 15 brands: BALENCIAGA, BOTTEGA VENETA, BURBERRY, CELINE, CHANEL, CHLOE, COACH, DIOR, FENDI, GOYARD, GUCCI, HERMES, LOUIS VUITTON, PRADA, SAINT LAURENT.
